IBS is a diagnosis of shit. This is a formal definition of "we do not really know what is wrong with your stomach. Who in the world you can go to a doctor and return the symptoms of abdominal pain, cramps, diarrhea or constipation, and to give you the ISI. Trust me, I know. I was "diagnosed" years ago because nobody wanted to know why I was bleeding. IBS They called and sent me on my way with many drugs. Finally, after a colonoscopy someone finally figures that he had ulcerative colitis. Years later, someone finally begin to correct diagnosis. I say that the problems associated with IBS and food does not trust me more colorectal cancer. Just say, to spicy foods and avoid all this, but I went to a diet of rice and water for week, in order to preserve something in my system, not just lose myself, had an unhealthy amount of weight, but the same reaction in me that would be the spicy chicken enchiladas.

I recommend a good and a gastroenterologist scopa done. You'll see, take samples, and prove everything. It stinks to have something done, but I had some (and I'm in the 20's) and is worth only what happens!

Hello there
I have IBS.
IBS usually causes pain in the digestive tract and causes diarrhea and constipation, diarrhea only causing me (and I) is also something called Rapid Transit.
Gas causes pain in the back, abdomen and pelvis can be felt, and very swollen.
It can be caused by stress, nerves (if he is nervous), for the food that you eat to be sensitive (in my case, eggs, milk, wheat, soy and whey).
You should ask for a gastrointestionalist to enable them to colon cancer, IBD disease (gastrointestinal inflamitory remove Chrono intestine), and also ask for celiac disease, an intolerance to be examined by sticky food.
If you have gas, you can try taking Beano because they could help (I have been proposed, but not working) is even more fiber, which helps regulate food combining and diarrhea assistance if you are constipated.
I have the cup and carbinated Caffine drinks a little and help my sensetivities avoid food as much as possible.
There are many drugsDrugs, there is the pain and symptoms of IBS to help, unfortunately, do not ever want to buy, as I myself do not even have a recipe for me.
I am 24 and have to deal with IBS about 5 years, your body is replaced by the pain that she begins to wear, and you get to know where the bathrooms, wherever you're going.
So do not just sweep off the table, you tell your doctor with your life, discover the real causes of IBS, so you can help yourself to try to reduce pain.
know what to do, the cause of your pain, then you best to avoid. That is to lead what most people with IBS, not only so they can try to live a normal life.
Good luck and I hope that helps.
