Can a smoothie maker work as a food processor? - back to basics smoothie elite

We have a homecoming Smoothie Elite sits unused in the back of a cupboard. Never make a milkshake, but I'm sick of my old mixer, and wondered whether the work smoothie maker food processing?

not if you want to type, very shaken, very Broccoli ............ Yes, I tried it once ......... * Shivers * Never going back! The much more difficult to clean, even in my opinion. G'luck to do what they r!

You can try, I think it assumes you do not put ice cubes in a blender container and damage to the left, so please do not ice work. A lot my mother has no fat roasted almonds and ground nuts in food processor has smooth texture that all the time and the food processor is not in order.
