Anxiety/Depression? - anxiety depression more condition_symptoms
I have a lot of anxiety and some depression. As currently in talks with a therapist about this and I said to my family doctor. Medication is recommended anit-anxiety/depression. I wonder when I take the medication, how can I do? I understand you may be very mild, but I feel more relaxed and less anxiety / depression?
