We not only lose an LCD TV on the wall, but the son to the recipient, not the expensive TV looks good on the up and down the cable, pls help how to hide them very well.

It is a product for this purpose. It's like a track mounted on the wall, installing son by Snap-on top and paint match up against the wall. Not exactly cheap, but it works.
Painting cable is another suggestion. Or, place a tissue of the same color as the wall and make a sleeve to cover his son. Then put the lid with a small piece of Velcro.
